Chicken Gloria

My family enjoyed it so much they wanted me to make it again for dinner so that’s what I am doing! I’m making a double batch tonight. I did make a Few
substitutions both times now. I used corn starch instead of flour and just sprinkled it on in the package they came in, I used Marsala cooking wine, and I didn’t put foil over it while in the oven. Turned out perfect.

Ingredients:

  • 3 skinless boneless chicken breasts, trimmed and filleted in half lengthwise
  • 1/3 cup of flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 (8 oz) container of sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup of sherry wine
  • 1 small can of condenced cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 6 slices of Muenster cheese
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
