Roasted Chicken with a Citrus Glaze
Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast cut into 1" strips (or boneless, skinless thighs)
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 8-10 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 small lemon plus it's zest
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a pan and bake in a PREHEATED oven at 450 for 25-30 minutes or until golden on top. No need to turn it!
