The best way to get finely ground pecans is to put the sugar in the processor with the pecans. These cookies remind me of the greek cookies i make.. A little tip.... Sift confectioner sugar over them while warm. Then when cool sift more. My guess would be to bake 10 -12 min. Depending on how big you roll them.

Ingredients:
- ½ lb. butter
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 C ground pecans
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions:
- Cream sugar and butter, then add other ingredients.
- Make into small balls and bake at 375º F. until lightly browned.
- Shake in powdered sugar just before serving.
