Caramel Stuffed Pretzel Cookies

I love pretzels and caramel and chocolate! What a great combo for a cookie!

Ingredients:

• 3 sticks butter, softened (1 and � cups)
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs, room temperature
• 1 T vanilla
• 4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 T cornstarch
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 3 cups crushed pretzels
• 3 dozen Rolo candies
