Cinnamon Roll Muffins with Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients:

MUFFINS:
  • 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal® All-Purpose Flour
  • 4 tablespoons granulated white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large egg, beaten lightly
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

SWIRL:
  • 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon (or more) ground cinnamon

FROSTING:
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 3/4 tablespoon butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 tablespoon to 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar, sifted
