I made these cookies and they were delicious. I even made my own dried sugared orange rind. I love these cookies. They are so pretty and flavorful.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup candied orange peel (chopped)
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces dark chocolate (chopped)
