Glazed Apple Crumb Cake

I made this yesterday! The family loved it. I had it with my coffee this morning too. Moist, rich, great flavor. Definitely a keeper.

Ingredients:

For the crumb topping:

• � cup all-purpose flour
• � cup unsalted butter, cold
• � cup light brown sugar
• � teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

For the cake:

• 1� cups flour
• � teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• � teaspoon nutmeg
• � teaspoon salt
• ? cup vegetable oil
• � cups granulated sugar
• � cup brown sugar
• 1 whole egg
• 1 egg white
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 large apple, peeled and diced into small chunks
• � cup chopped walnuts

Warm Vanilla Glaze:

• 1� Tablespoons butter, melted
• 1� Tablespoons brown sugar
• 1� Tablespoons granulated sugar
• 1� Tablespoons milk
• � teaspoon vanilla
• � cup powdered sugar
