I just came across your site few days ago. I made this cake last Saturday and it was superb. It was a good way to end a good Saturday evening. I made it as a 2 layer 10 inch cake and it came out perfectly. So light and fluffy and great flavor. I ended up cook the cakes for 26 mins. A friend of mine had a slice yesterday and she called to ask if I could make it again.
